We recently sold out maisonette through Thomas Marsh. We put it up for sale in April 22 and within a couple of weeks they were able to get us a buyer. It took a while for our chain to complete and by then our buyers mortgage had expired and we needed to go back onto the market. Within a week of our maisonette being on the market again Joe found us another lovely buyer who eventually completed on the property. We dealt with both Naz and Joe and they were always very helpful and always went above and beyond each time to make sure everything worked out. We are really happy we went with Thomas Marsh and all we have are good things to say about them. Thanks a lot to Joe and Naz, we are truly grateful .

We recently moved into a rental home which was managed by Thomas Marsh. Abby & Alette helped us through the whole process. They were so helpful with everything, and made it all really run smooth from the 1st viewing till we received the house key. I would recommend Thomas Marsh without any hesitation!

Myself and my husband were interested in a property and booked in for a viewing that weekend. Our host and letting negotiator was Abby, who made our first time renting a property one of the easiest journeys, even though we had experienced some difficulties with refinancing she went beyond to sort this for our application. Abby was super fast and responsive everyday and even late nights. She made us both feel really comfortable, Abby has exceptional customer service. Very well spoken and honest young lady and really helpful throughout our application process.
