Grays Hall

If you have mental health issues and have been referred here then for your sake find somewhere else. Been known to the service for many years and have been passed around & ignored constantly. After requesting my data they have also breached the Data Protection Act by not giving it within 30 days. Makes mental health worse, constant excuses, even calling up to request speaking to a manager I never received anything back. Also working with other services whose emails have been constantly ignored, even teams meetings have been missed. Meant to have support worker and care coordinator but not getting the support or any care coordination. And unfortunately the sick thing is that other services have to go through grays hall to get anywhere relating to mental health services so I am literally screwed by being under Grays Hall. The care for people suffering from serious mental health issues is scary, and I only see it getting worse. Please for your sake push everything you can to get under other services and away from this damaging practice.

Rude staff, blowing on the phone while i was talking, was laughed at, has ignore my calls, not been returned. during one session could not get a word in edge way's.

I have experienced so much stress contacting this place. One rude Duty Worker shouted at me down the phone and hung up in the middle of a conversation.
