I purchased a teak table along with 6 stacking chairs on the 4th of May. Several weeks passed and I heard nothing. I contacted Kyoto furniture for an update and was told they were awaiting a shipment. Beginning of June I contacted Kyoto again and was advised the item was being shipped. I was then given an incorrect tracking ID. finally after lots of chasing on my behalf the furniture arrived on the 12th of June. Nearly 6 weeks after ordering. The furniture is fine although one of the chairs has a fault where a repair has been made on the arm in production however this weakens the integrity I contacted Kyoto regarding this on the 15th of June, I have chased them on this issue a couple of times now with no satisfactory result. Their own website lays out terms and conditions that they do not adhere to! Strange to see a google review is completed by their own Albania Dema operations manager?? Sadly she is not allowed to make decisions and her boss will not speak to customers to resolve issues.
