        I highly recommend everyone not to use this company, embarrassing is all I say. Ive spoken to 4 different people all telling me different things. Useless and unreliable. If I could give less than a one star rating, I really would.

        Ordered 2 tyres on Tuesday - to fit on Thursday. Waited in for 4 hours - no show. They eventually rang me back and re-booked for Friday, waited in for another 4 hours and another no show. Had a call back from call centre eventually, the call just happened to cut out as she was looking up why they didn't show. Now I'm on hold to speak to someone again. What a waste of time

        Terrible, bought what was labelled as Run Flats on their site - they came, they were fitted, got a puncture soon after and it went flat. RAC man says they aren't run flat, Bridgestone site says they aren't run flat, but Black Circles site said they were and thats why I bought them. Then they deny they have done anything wrong and dont help at all, just rude and put the blame back on customer even through their site is clearly wrong and mislabelling products. CROOKS and UNTRUSTWORTHY. If I could leave zero stars I would.

        Excellent service, mobile tyre fitted two days early as I contacted the fitter and black circles customer service is always top notch. Go for the Taurus tyres which are exclusive to black circles as they are excellent value for money, very comfortable and grippy and the tyre design is really unique - theres no other tyre that has the same treads. Yes it looks and feels lower quality than say Bridgestone but Id rather have these than the more expensive and harder brushes tones any day. I dont care about branding when it comes to these tyres.
