I entered this store, which is garbage. They have expired products. I told them about this problem. And nothing. Then a man and a woman who were already alcoholics came out from the back and told me to leave. It's a garbage store.

Used their car park as a last resort due to the spaces outside at the Vets being full. Unaware of the signs because it was dark and we were also distraught as we were having to have our 8mth old kitten put to sleep and the vets wanted us to wait in the car to be called in. An already expensive and sad month made even worse with a 100 fine. What a kind company Family Shopper are!

What an absolute joke of a shop. The laziness is unreal. Strongly recommend nobody orders from this place because you would be lucky to receive maybe 20% of what you actually ordered. Fuming.

I pulled into the car park and I will be honest I was popping into Tesco I know that this actual carpark belongs to Happy Shopper. I do occasionally buy items in Happy Shopper but most of the time its not what I want or its over priced, now I know I definitely wont be returning after this experience. After 4 weeks have passed I have just received a fine sent via letter for overstaying the time bracket of 17 minutes apparently from their dodgy CCTV. I cant even remember back then how long I was but what I do know is that I wouldnt have stayed 30 minutes in a Tesco express store . I think its disgusting to be issued a 100 fine especially during these extremely difficult circumstances of going through a cost of living crisis. No leeway whatsoever, shame on you for targeting working class people who are struggling to put food on the table. Also, word of advice, dont needlessly fine local shoppers otherwise youll end up having no customers. Sorry Happy Shopper I am not happy and I will be taking this further as your time clock on your camera's are definitely wrong ! I will be warning other people to avoid parking let alone shop here. Avoid at all costs unless you want a hefty fine.

Only giving one star as cant give zero, absolutely disgusted that I got a 60 parking fine for being 3 minutes over the stupidly low Parkin time of 15 minutes. This is no way long enough to shop and que to pay. I will never go back to this shop neither will my friends and family. Shame on you family shopper, not so family friendly you will loose a lot of customers
