Richard is ever so friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff and managed to sort me out twice (in different occasions and for different ailments) for persistent problems. Also very reasonably priced if you don't use insurance.

Richard is amazing! Sadly, it is rare to meet a professional with this level of customer service, knowledge and professionalism. Highly intelligent, friendly and informative. Richard listens and assesses what the issue is and explaines the issue's root cause, he treats the area and gives you simple exercises as recovery plan. He really goes out of his way to treat you to the best of his ability. If the issue persist I always feel confident with the consultant he refers us to. Both my husband and I see Richard. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone who's looking for a good physiotherapist. Neither of us would ever see anyone else. I wish other medical professionals we encountered were half as conscientious as this man.
