AWFUL if there was a no star option they would get minus...... For WEEKS now they either don't pay or only pay a fraction of what people are owed, if you are considering ANYTHING to do with this company DON'T . . . they won't pay you and blame a computing `glitch' . . there are people out there with families, bills and rent to pay that are going under as a direct result of this farce of a company - NATWEST need to stop using them and reconsider an alternative...

I would NOT recommend accepting any employment through the Manpower office at Grays. It took more than four weeks before I was paid for any work. Emails regarding my pay were simply ignored, it wasn't until I personally visited the office that my pay was authorised. My fifth and sixth week were both short a full days pay, the email I sent regarding the matter is still unanswered. I recently visited the company I was placed at to return PPE and was not surprised to find that the Manpower temps were all complaining about unpaid days or weeks. One hadn't been paid in seven weeks. Do NOT accept any offers from the Grays Manpower office.

Manpower (Grays Office) is a very dishonest company and do not care about their employees. They professionalism is unhealthy due to lack of communication, protocol and duty of care. There the finance team is very poor due to not paying employees on time, but also not communicating that either theres a payroll issue or staff are on annual leave, it takes more than 4weeks for payment to be done which is unacceptable and needs more work, The cost to living crisis has effected everyone differently so they should understand that all employees need their money with no issue accruing. The worst thing about this company is that you have to contact them continuously via email which doesnt work or to confront your matter in person thats when results are slowly getting done or if not when you finally get them on phone you will get a unsatisfied response and lazy actions before things are finally sorted. There customer services and communication needs more training to build up this office, if they want to have better results in the future.

Worst ever recruitment agency Selling dreams for start dates. SCAMMERS taking your information. Sophie is the biggest liar in this team. Im calling everyday for 1month all for her to say I said I dont want to work anymore Lying to my face. She promised me 40 hours paid work For a whole month I havent received a single penny. This is beyond unacceptable I turned down 2 other jobs to start Royal Mail but in return I took the biggest loss
