Not only that but my car was cleaned inside and out , free of charge. The service was so quick I was able to pick my car up the same day. Amazing service!

Came in for service. I indicated to the rep at check in that one of my tires was having issues with retaining pressure and needed checking, the wipers were making loud noise and needed replacing, as well as a car wash. I even handwrote these items on work-order upon drop-off at 10:30AM to make sure the technicians did not miss them. At 3:30PM or so I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I was highly disappointed when I saw on the collection order that two of my tires had nails and needed replacement and quoted the price, and that the wipers were in "orange" zone and needed replacement sooner than later, ybut none of them had actually been replaced. I was shocked that no one at the dealership had bothered to call me over the phone and ask me if I wanted them to go ahead and replace these items when they discovered them, yet they had possession of the car for most of the day. Basically, they sent me home, an hour away, in a torrential downpour (not in dealership's control), in a dirty vehicle with faulty tires and wipers. Had to go get them replaced elsewhere a couple of days later. This is not the standard of care I expected from a Mercedes dealership.
