I went to my blood test today and lady was there is so rude, she was screaming to everybody in there, Evan to the patients, including me. When I come out someone came to just ask for directions. So she shout at them as well. She was telling everybody because she is busy with blood tests, she cant open the door and talk to people.

Used the out of hours GP service having been directed there by 111. Person I saw was arrogance personified and devoid of even basic courtesy. Didnt write my notes up properly seemingly because they werent listening; and was dismissed with a standard have some painkillers response, even though I wasnt in pain. When I explained I wouldnt take them them because that wasnt an appropriate remedy, I was given the reply it doesnt matter to me, I get paid anyway!. Well good for you. I, on the other hand, wont be entrusting my health with this hospital even if they paid me.

Just had my booster jab. I cannot fault it. I came by bus but there is free parking on site. Though they recommend pre-booking, I was able to walk right in and was immediately behind just one other person having their details taken. Masks and hand sanitiser provided if you have not brought your own. Friendly staff throughout. 15 minute post treatment room and then back out again. It helps if you can take in something with your NHS number on it and if you have the details of your previous covid jabs.
