What a fantastic looking shower tray and easy to fit! Purchased our new shower tray, and was immediately impressed with the quality and build of this product. The instructions were clear and concise, and the attention to detail, second to none. Would highly recommend the 25mm high (low profile) shower tray to anyone looking to transform their bathroom suites.

I agree worst Customer service weve ever experienced too. We purchased a Traymate shower tray (size 1000mm x 1000mm) from Connells Bathrooms Ipswich. The first tray arrived with a crack around the waste and this was replaced by a second tray. This tray cracked in exactly the same place but after fitting the waste though luckily before the nuance panels had been fitted. The tray was fitted by our known and trusted plumber who has over 40 years experience. Traymate wouldn't send anyone out but instead asked for pictures. Their response was that (i) it wasn't completely bedded on sand/cement and (ii) that the tray shouldn't have been stood/knelt on when fitting the waste outlet! No refund!! If the tray had not of been stood/knelt on after bedding it would have cracked on our first use! Incidentally this tray can have legs added to make it higher so how does bedding totally with sand/cement work then? We purchased and our same plumber installed a Mira shower tray and we haven't had any problems with that.

Worst Customer service Ive ever experienced. I Purchased a "Traymate Products Limited" shower tray (size 1200mm x 760mm) from the "The Bathstore Ltd" within 3 days the tray developed a leak via a crack around the waste outlet. The tray was fitted to their specifications and by a qualified bathroom installer so there would be no quibble with guarantees if something went wrong !!! Traymate Products Limited response was. "I over tightened the waste outlet screws and cracked the tray". This was their immediate response !! The waste outlet is made of plastic and the tray is made of stone resin. surly the plastic waste trap would strip first before cracking a stone resin tray. The first row of tiles had to be broken off the wall, the shower enclosure had to be removed, the shower tray had to be broken away because it had been laid on a bed of sand & cement (as per their instructions) and a new floor laid. We purchased a low profile shower tray from SCREWFIX, better quality and design plus 160 cheaper. "Tratmate Products Limited", I believe there products to be of Poor Quality, Bad Design and not fit for purpose. "Traymate Products Limited" have told me they will not honour the "life time guarantee"
