Blount Shutters

This company were doing work at our local tesco from 11pm - 02:30 am. This work involved the cutting of metal, drilling etc keeping us awake. This tesco is in a residential area and neither Tesco or Blout seemed to care about breaking the 1974 pollution act. We got out of bed, unable to take this continued noise to go see what was going on. We were met by very rude abusive staff that were demanding where we lived. We called a tesco manager and Tom was as useful as a chocolate fireguard. He refused to take our complaint so we took it to Blount. Barbara at Blount took our complaint then we didn't hear back for a few days. We contacted her days later to discover that she spoke to her staff who denied this incident and nothing more was to come of it. RUDE, ABUSIVE, THREATENING AND NO REGARD FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just had shutters provided and fitted by Chris and his team in two of our retail units, amazing service and quality product. Extremely happy and I highly recommend them!

I'm positively excited about what is really my husband's domain, but felt I had to write a review about our new garage rolling door from Blount Shutters. From contacting Chris to arrange an estimate to the date of installation, we were kept fully informed at each stage. The installers arrived on the date and time they said and were friendly, knowledgable and answered any questions we had. They explained and demonstrated how everything worked and tidied and removed any debris before they left. I chose a colour that I hoped would be as near to our existing shed and, depite the shed being plastic and the garage door being steel, I couldn't believe how close the match was. I would not hesitiate in using this company again and wholeheartedly recommend giving them 10 out of 10 stars.

Our shutter was ram raided, alot of our stock was taken, the door had a hole in it, we phoned blount shutters and they responded very quickly, we had an engineer on site securing our door, 1 day later back to repair. all in all great service keep it up.
