Absolutely shocking service! Was told at 4:30pm somebody would be with me within the hour, whilst clearly stating to them I was locked outside with my 4 year old. An hour passes with no sign of anyone. I then manage to get through to someone on the emergency number who states that they hadnt even been informed of my job and wouldnt be able to be with me for at least 2 hours (this is after already waiting an hour which should have been the longest) Very poor service from a company that claims to pride themselves on great customer service. If I was you I would look elsewhere for an urgent locksmith!

The customer service was fine and more than acceptable although the product it self was not. I paid 18pounds for 2 keys and one of witch broke with in 5 uses considering a higher price than most, You would hope it would last longer than a kinda egg toy but unfortunately not. (would not reccomend)

I was served by the Manager Peter the service was very poor with very bad customer service. Will not be going back to Timpson. I had been getting my watches fixed and batteries fitted for many years but after receiving bad customer service on two occasions by badly trained staff I have decided to go elsewhere for any future watch repairs. Very disappointed. Do not visit you will sadly regret to choose Timpson and especially be seen by Peter who clearly requires more training on maintaining customer service levels.
