        Georgia from grays Essex handled my items, she was brilliant. Helpful, considerate and kept chasing/reminding me about me items ensuring that I did not lose them. As far as I'm concerned putting herself out and going above and beyond. Definitely not the same experience I had with other branches who I felt were glad I lost my items and I never before received a call let alone many. She refused a tip or gift of thanks stating it was all part of the service and her job role.so this is reasons why I want to let people know how great this person and branch is. Will definitely use them in the future Thanks again Georgia

        H & T is a great place. Georgia is a diamond. Whether you need currency or putting jewellery in on buy back, Georgia is the best one to speak to, always polite and friendly.
