Terrible place if I could leave 0 stars I would. Failed to complete documentation on time and have them to court as needed. Avoid at all costs

If it was possible i would be giving a zero star review, this company has been dealing with a family members estate for over 2 years now, nearly impossible to get in contact with kate. I have been trying to get in contact for over 6 months now and every time ive called i have been met with the response " I'll leave a message and she'll get back to you" would not recommend.

Initially the communication and response from the company was not great and my initial review was one star. After I raised a complain, their services were great. Lorraine came back to me and apologized for the lack of communication. All of my emails were handled and responded to in a timely manner, Lorraine became attentive and I was offered a discounted rate due to the initial delay. Thank you for the corrective action and most importantly for improving your services.

Kate and the team doing a fantastic job on our Dad's probate. Very good firm which I've used for years. Thoroughly recommend this company, and even though we moved to Norfolk a few years we still go back to them for any legal work or advice.

Absolutely a complete waste of space and money avoid, what a drip they have working there, she need re-training ! She cant even make an effort to call another firm of solicitors up !
