Discipline, physical confidence, a long term sense of achievement and meaningful, fun exercise: these are the things the club has given my daughter in a friendly, safe and secure environment since joining 2 years ago, highly recommended and can't wait until my youngest is old enough to join.

My son has joined the club since he was 5. Great instructors, very patient and gentle with children. My son has physically improved, he is much more disciplined and is very confident. I know he is safe in school and elsewhere as he knows how to defend himself.

Initially my son joined Alfa SKC more than 5 years ago. After watching him improving in his physical/mental ability, confidence and discipline, Ive decided to try for a month. Ive seen a massive difference on me and decided to continue as far as I can. Recently, my daughter joins with this club and she is enjoying being part of this club too. The instructors are incredible and truly care about everyone; I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a karate school.

I train with Alfa shotokan, the instructors are very knowledgeable and have patience when teaching. I would recommend Alfa as a great place to kickstart your martial arts journey
