Vel is one of the best professionals I've ever come across in the trade. A specialist, but also easy to discuss different options with. Provided us with itemised quotes before starting and discussed ways of reducing costs with us, including agreeing to help show me how to do parts myself. Completed work to agreed timescales despite being delayed by another client. The job itself was completed to a very high standard and we are thrilled by our restored original floorboards - stunning transformation. Very reasonably priced as well.
