I've been going here for years, but this was my first time in the last year. I totally appreciate this is a family restaurant, and having kids run around is normal. But on this visit, it looked like a war zone, mess everywhere, everything was trashed. It may explain why the staff seemed quite stressed and distracted. The food was OK, but it had clearly been under a heat lamp as my chicken was very dry, and the BBQ sauce on top had dried up. The portion size for me was fine, but I would suggest slightly smaller plates as it looked like there wasn't enough, but actually, there was. Too many white spaces.

It boasts of a continental breakfast, but all it serves was the usual English breakfast, which I found so tasteless that I skipped 2 breakfasts in a week. The coffee maker needs to be trashed, as it did nothing but waste time. On my first day, I saw one of the waiters dusting used cutlery and laying them on the table for the next customer. The atmosphere is good, but the place could benefit from a new or revamped management.
