Once he see my pictures immediately called me and asked to set the clock and also he was willing to help by phone if needed. He didn't even expect a payment from me. I'm very impressed. My oven stopped working so I googled oven repairs near me. I found Steve's details online and gave him a call. Steve asked me to send a picture of my oven which I sent him. He then called me back straight away and talked me through some steps. I couldn't believe it when the oven came on. He literally fixed my oven over the phone! I would definitely recommend him.

What a pleasure at the superb help we received. Contacted the engineer with regards to our oven not heating up and remotely he went through the problem on the phone with me and resolved the issue and told me what to do to fix the oven. He did not charge us a penny for this. It's amazing to know that they are still tradesmen out there who are not out to take advantage of you but who really have a passion for solving problems and helping people. I highly recommend him to you and be at peace that you are definitely not going to be taken advantage of but will instead get a first class service.
