Excellent service - we had a serious problem no lights or socket power and there were just 3 working days to Christmas day. Taylors reorganised commitments to fit us in, the electrician arrived as planned and after carrying out a thorough check (45 minutes later ) he had identified the problem to a faulty security light - let there be light and power !! we were back to normal. The electrician was polite, pleasant helpful and informative.

Very disappointed and should be avoided at all costs - Have asked AXA to review their relationship with this electrical supplier Any electrical problem is down to "incorrect installation" They only want to flip up breakers and leave quickly

My elderly parents have a Homeserve emergency house Insurance policy. They had a problem with their electrics and Homeserve sent someone from PL Taylor to sort out the problem. Not only they were incompetent in finding the fault, they were very unscrupulous and unprofessional and rude. The only thing they did is to make the property unsafe due to their dangerous practice. Homeserve should not be using these cowboys.
