absolutely incredible!!! after my wife has been trying to talk to someone since 8 o'clock in the morning, I tried to call and they answered me after 5 minutes... I explained nicely that my little girl is coughing very hard and that my wife tried to talk to them in the morning! They told me that they tried to call and that it was the wrong number, all kinds of excuses!!! Then they hung up on me in front of me!!!!The lady who works there should learn to behave!!!Thats s**t gp i had in last 8 years!!!

NHS has a lot of problems, but I get proper treatment from the doctors and staff at Prime Care.

Absolutely awful place ! Brogan is rude and helpful and for the last 3 months my prescription has been wrong when I go to collect it from the pharmacy (not their error) so I end up chasing between pharmacy and Doctors - quite frankly I have better things to do after a day at work. You are very lucky if you get an answer on the phone - usually goes to voicemail or just rings and rings. Got more chance of seeing God than the Doctor. I was recently offered a telephone appointment in three weeks time - absolutely disgusted . Then they wonder why people go to A & E and clog the system up. Will leave this practice as soon as I can - my husband has a much better Doctor so Ill go there.
