Oddfellows Hall Health Centre

This GP service will becoming a worst one if not when. During Phone triage doctors doesnt have a patient to listen for our explanation first of all.. so I doubt whether would get any care After hastily phone call we were asked to pop a not the hospital 4:00PM when checked and the receptionist asked us wait after 30 minutes I have is the doctor running late then they said you booked for 5:00PM how kind they are. Doctors diagnosis is another miserable story They dont care for anyone or responsibility patients very poor service.

Waited all day for a doctors phone call, never rang, they tell you to ring in for test results and then dont bother to reply

Waste of time never have any appointments and they keep saying phone back tomorrow and what a lot of good that is to people. The staff are rude and unhelpful and they should not be allowed to work in a doctors. This place needs to be closed down. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sincerely if there was a 0 rating will give them -0 Very bad customer service ,no caring attitude ,no listening ears. No one is available to answer phone . Its just so bad .
