        THe worse surgery ever .

        I spent over 51minutes waiting to speak to someone.The receptionist was very rude and dismissive. She was not very helpful but rather speculated on what the GP might say.

        This is the worse doctors surgery I've even been under. The receptionist is a waste of time sitting picking the skin on her lips not answering the phone when you ring your at least 15th in the que. When you drive down there no one dealing with reception and when the receptionist does arrive to the window, she is still picking the skin on her lips and very rude. Never doing her job properly with a que out the door and the phone ringing constantly. No wonder people can't get an appointment! I'm changing doctors

        Fantastic surgery. Reception staff are always polite and professional. Darren is exceptional. Now they do many other services than before it has made things much easier. I highly recommend this surgery.
