I really happy this surgery services. Receptionist and doctors are very supportive and helpful. I don't know why told every like this about doctor they really professional because I moved romford to grays and try every single surgery but didn't Good luckily find this surgery ,we are really happy first time pick my call .

I would give 5 star just for sue, the receptionist, though that is where the attributes of this surgury end. I find it sad that I feel the need to speak in simple English to the doctors here, though it may just be their disinterested attitude that makes me think they don't understand. Honestly, I tried every other surgury and this was the only one avaliable.

I am leaving this review despite having transferred from this practice some three + years ago - it has later come to light, as a result of an application, that Dr. Joseph inaccurately recorded a consultation on my medical record which was both untrue and potentially damaging to my character. I recall on the four or five occasions I did visit Dr. Joseph always being asked "Do you have a job?" as being her immediate question after explaining why I came to see her. On all occasions I found Dr. Joseph to be quite arrogant and generally uninterested in my medical complaints - If you would like a GP that is capable of being professional, competent and empathetic then I suggest you consider joining another practice.

Dr L Joseph needs to be removed from medical practice. Completely unprofessional, no empathy or compassion. Disinterested and couldnt care less about patients ( clearly not the only one ). Perhaps the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Truly shocking.
