        They are the most inefficient practice, they really do not care about people, and trying to actually see a doctor!! Well!! You have more chance of winning the lottery.

        If I could give Milton Road Surgery no stars I would. Don't join this surgery if you want to be able to see a GP, that will not happen. My sick 3 year old can't even get an emergency appointment despite being on hold for over 30mins from opening. No care or compassion by the staff on the phone just told me to wait until 6.30 and call out of hours or go to A&E. I have had nothing but problems since the day I moved to this surgery.

        Disgusting attitude to patients care. I arranged a call back from the doctor this morning and unfortunately missed the call by 1 minute due to being on another call. I then phoned back to explain and was told I will be called back. A then very apologetic receptionist who I know is only doing her job told me the doctor is not willing to call me back today and Ill have to wait until tomorrow for another call all the while having a very painful throat infection. I have been a patient at this surgery for 31 years, Dr Masson made sure all his patients were put first unfortunately the new doctor is not so concerned. I will be moving surgerys as looking at the reviews this is not a one off occurrence.
