Dr Hossein was very unprofessional, rude and full of anger. He doesnt know how to talk to patients. He threat me charging extra if I dont open my mouth like he wanted while my tooth was hurting.

Ridiculous. Leo charged me 650 for a crown before covid. Stuck a temp in and told me he would sort out when covid eased. I had to call him to find out they was open. When I went back they charged me again. He then decided not to see me due to my father passing and having covid 19. He makes Mussolini look like a saint. Rude man also saying how bad things are. My new dentist is lovely and makes him Look like a version of wish. Dont waste your money on time when you can see a proper dentist.

I got registered in this dental practice last year ,I took my child to this clinic last week to remove her metal spacer as her tooth had grown under it and it was brothering her and she had pain in her gums as well, the doctor checked her and asked me he can do nothing and told me that I need to take her to the orthodontist and that on nhs its a long wait so take her private I told him that I cannot take her private as it costs money and its urgent so please help me but he completely refused and asked me to check with some othe nhs dental clinic I felt so helpless but God helped me I called st clements dental clinic and luckily they had an appointment so I took her there today and they were so helpful and nice Dr Mary drilled the metal spacer and she is doing well now .I would really like if someone can take action against such dental practices who are not helping people but just there for private business very shameful.

I have never had any issues with this dental practice until now. They have been professional all through out but I was disappointed today when I called to cancel my 10 year old sons appointment because my 9 months old baby was taken ill. I called 2 hours before the appointment to cancel and rebook and was told It was short notice. I explained about my sick baby as normally I wouldn't cancel and was told they would never rebook me again. The receptionist asked the owner, who said never to book me again. Very very disappointed. Do they expect me to still go with a sick baby???? Shouldn't this be an exception???? I had a genuine reason for cancelling. Anyway, my baby's health comes first, and this is not the only dental practice in the country. I know I will find another one for my 10 year old.

My son broke half of his tooth more than a year ago, but Dr Leo Ghabai repaired it through filling, and it seems quite perfect as before. Dr Leo has done a good job! And now my son laughs as confidently as before...
