Wow from my 35 years of experience with different dentists , many dentist trips and being a very nervous patient Dr usama has not only changed my life with a better smile , hes changed my whole outlook on dentistry. I use to be petrified of needles and now I go in there willingly. He talks to you step by step of the way keeping you informed and makes you feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr usama and nurse Jackie for taking care of me and helping me overcome my fears . Highly recommended!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I booked an nhs emergency appointment there 1.5 year ago due to a toothache. Mr Patel fixed a different tooth since according to him it had a larger decay compared to the painful tooth. And for the other - received antibiotics course. When appointment came for the painful tooth treatment he started drilling and asked to raise my hand if it was painful. When I raised my hand, all I heard was "you're doing really well" and he didn't stop until he was done. After that he put a filling and said come back if it is too high or is giving you any problems. Also, I mentioned to him that the previous filling he did had no gaps and I couldn't floss. He "fixed it". I had to come back within a week since both filling were uncomfortable - one was too high and the other still had no gap on one side. Also, the aching tooth was still sensitive to hot and cold even after a filling. His response was it is a technique to floss the tooth with no gap!! What?! As for the sensitive tooth he suggested pulling it out if it still giving me trouble. I clearly asked about root canal treatment and he said no, it is rotten beyond that (yes, he put only a filling for such tooth!). Not even once has he mentioned that the tooth can be saved with root canal treatment. He even dared telling me he is being very good putting a white filling for me instead of grey. Luckily I refused for my tooth being extracted that time. I also had hygiene treatment but with a different dentist. She was so rough, I though my gums will leave my mouth after the procedure. And it wasn't the first time I had hygiene procedure (at other places obviously) in my life but first time so bad! I was never scared of dentists in my life but after these visits at this place - I kept postponing my visits up until now. As the teeth Mr Patel fixed started aching so badly that no painkillers helped, I went to a private dentist and was not surprised at all with what I heard. The tooth that Mr Patel suggested extracting was okay with root canal and 1.5 years later could still be saved! The filling he put was almost touching the root canal, I could also see it on x-ray at a private dentist! Rude and unprofessional. Mr Patel should not be a dentist, a butcher maybe. If you want to save your teeth and money, avoid Mr Patel at all costs!

Avoid Patel, absolutely terrible. Also very unhygienic clinic.

Rude horrible dentist. If you register with this practice I really hope you don't get Mr Patel. Rude arrogant man. I had to give 1 star a zero was not an option.
