My experience was good for the whole family. I was able to get a family service and the children felt relaxed as this was my children's first dental appointment. Great customer service.

I hadn't been to Elite for years, but booking an appointment was super easy using the online portal and I was seen on time and the team were patient and gentle with me as I get very nervous at the dentist.

I have been going to Elite Dental Studio for a few years, my husband has white coat syndrome, and over Easter he broke a tooth, they were able to fit him in that day, he was given a weeks antibiotics, and we returned there yesterday, he was up nearly all night, when he went into the room he explained this to the dentist, and he was very patient with him they had a general chat to put him at ease, and before you know it he had the tooth removed, when he came out he said I'm going to book a follow-up appointment, for a general check up. Just shows if you take time with a patient who is frightened you can win them round, happy husband a very happy wife.
