Most companies only want to sell you the whole system and sourcing small parts can be a nightmare.
I highly recommend this company.

received bad advise regarding this product, was told that it would be the correct hatch sliding kit to sit flush with the counter, the salesmen was just after the sale not giving it any thought about the consequences of not giving the right information. once installed it became clear it was meant be mounted onto of the counter instead of being flush.within the counter or the locking system wouldn't work.
implications
knocked all the measurements out for the glass we had cut which was very expensive, options were get new glass cut of which barrier components wasn't interested in paying for or even contributing, or improvising with the hatch kit to make it work or absorb the cost personally. we improvised but as a result we couldn't use the locking mechanism so now the glass doors don't lock. customer not happy so having to research alternative surface to face mounted glass locks which proofing to be difficult in finding one that suits, putting us in a embarrassing situation with the client
