Certas Energy overcharged my 94 year old Father in Law 81.00 back in January 2020. Started to try and recover this money in February. We are now in September 2020 and having been through 14 different people, being consistently told that due to Covid - 19 it was difficult to raise a refund, I am still battling with this company. My father in Law like many others rely on every penny to get by and yet this company ignores absolutely everything I try and do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Absolutely appalling Company. Never had a successful, on time delivery in 6 deliveries & to leave us without oil over New Year and the following week is despicable. They dont know what customer service is, nor do they care. Only giving them 1 star to be able to write a review & warm others if this appalling Company.

Been using Certas a few years now for our weekly red diesel orders. Have always found them really helpful, competitive on price and deliveries are always on time and made at a time to suit us. Would highly recommend.
