Poor customer service. Its like no one wants to help you or even advise you on whats the best item/ product to purchase. And GODFORBID you actually ask for help its like they dont want to help you. From the team me members to someone who even seemed like the duty manager/ manager. Whats the point of having team who dont actually help customer. I visited on 16.12.2022 at 2:30pm. Will not be coming here again.

Poor service. Till girl was so slow and acted like she didnt understand a word you were saying. So many people left the queue. Took her 5 minutes to get out three scratch cards for the lady in front of me
