        It would be much appreciated if you could ask your staff not to keep the stores phone in their pocket on silent mode. I rang the store 10 times to ask a question, then had no choice but to walk there as the phone wasnt answered at all. The chap admitted that the phone was in his pocket on silent mode. This happened at 9pm today. Whether if he put it back on normal mode after i left, i guess we will never find out!
