Worked at 3Way for nearly 6 months, and found everyone in the company to be supportive.The culture is helpful and friendly. Great company to work for - highly recommend.

I was sent to work for three hours and they didnt pay me.They saying if you going for training you only observe ,however they asked me to work.Refused to pay for what I worked,and unfortunately this is the second time doing this.I quit the job after my first shift and they asking me to give all my personal details to have me in their system and to apply for Dbs? What you need that for if I dont work for you anymore?Now getting them to Employment tribunal for messing me around. Never again 3 Way

Worked for them for a bit With another cleaner and they blamed me for the work that the other cleaner did on another part of the factory was unpaid and made to do overtime a few times without pay if I could put 0 stars I would avoid this company
