Please avoid this business as completely unprofessional and dishonest. Booked a group pickup (for over 25 people) with clear instructions on pick-up and drop off for two different dates. On return of the group, company rep falsely claimed that drop-off location was not agreed despite clear instructions showing this was communicated . In short , he demanded extra payment and lied outright about this. Dont normally write reviews but this service was so bad that I will strongly advise people to avoid this company and even a score of 0/5 is too generous. Great service, they were 15 mins early to pick us up and they also picked us up earlier than planned as our NFL game had finished, which was a great bonus as it saved us waiting around. Great price and a friendly driver.
