Every time you order receive the wrong order or ask to leave food out and do not come to get it so it ends up all over the driveway from the foxes. Never again

Disrespectful staff who told us 2h we phoned 3h later an asked to be referred for not being honest ones a week we get food from there no more shame on all them that work there no honour Dietary restrictions: No food when told a time that will be 2h then told 3h disgusting

Has been great but you are only as good as your last failure, and this takes the biscuit, and unfortunately one was the one that could not be tolerated. it was absolutely terrible, ordered food and over 2 hours later luke warm food arrives, this is after I called twice to be told the food is on its way I questioned at the time if the food would be hot after this amount of time, then it arrived and it wasn't hot, you could hold the metal containers in your hand with no issues, this is not normal. We have been a customer for 15 or 20 + years and tonight's customer service maybe paved the way for the future, and after being told we will give 20% off your next order, for the cold food is not acceptable, had to explain the food was rejected and sent back. I said to them we would accept food in the next 30 mins, but this was dismissed saying well, we will get it to you as soon as we can, which I rejected as how long do you wait ? to add to this the driver was argumentative, after I asked them to pass the information onto their management, I understand its not the drivers fault but, the face of the company is the person you see, therefore they need to take it as face value and accept the comments to pass on, after talking to them, it was clear no one cared even for a long standing customer, not the way to stay in business if you ask me.
