If I could give Vince and The Car Place more than 5 stars, I would! Having found my front tyre flat, I went to a local tyre fitter (with branches nationwide), who informed me that the locking wheel nut was damaged and they couldn't get the tyre off. When I asked for advice, they suggested 'go on Amazon', or 'just pump it up every day'. I found other outlets equally unhelpful, with another large, nationwide car part supplier telling me that they couldn't supply a new set of locking wheel nuts, as my car was not in existence!! A garage in Scotland finally supplied a new set of locking wheel nuts, and a replacement key for the damaged nut. I then went to another large national tyre fitter, who said they couldn't get the wheel off. They told me to go to the Car Place, and then return to them and they would fit a new set of tyres. So, after about three weeks of worry and stress, and at the end of my tether, I went to see Vince, who replied 'we can sort that out'. The front tyre was removed, and the problem was diagnosed as a leaking valve, which was repaired. The issue was resolved in about an hour at a small fraction of the cost of a new set of tyres! Next time I have a problem, I am going to the Car Place first.

Got stuck at side of the road on a day trip, with a puncture and faulty locking wheel nut. Got recovered to Vince and his team, all done and fixed in short notice. Able to carry on my journey and have the day out with my kids. Great service. P.S. if you have a hot-tub or want a hot-tub, worth giving Vince a call as he stocks consumable supplies and has a wealth of knowledge on them (Conversations whilst fix was being sorted)

Visited this showroom after searching on line for a car. Was shown round the various vehicles available by a lovely gentleman and then after selecting a car was passed to Vince to discuss the purchase. At no time was any hard sell pressure applied and the whole experience was painless (and involved a lot of humour and banter). From initial visit to driving the car off their forecourt was less than 72 hours. Vince even completed the DVLA V5 and sorted out the vehicle tax before Ieft the Showroom. .I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a car.
