Good food and coffee but awful customer service from a lady manager / staff who was very rude by questioning me and trying to intimidate me when I rightly and justly asked for a refund for being charged for drinks that should have come with the kids meal. Her colleagues agreed I was correct but she would not listen to them. She was extremely unfriendly, all over refund request, which was as agreed by another colleague who gave me 3 refund and said he will bring me the remaining 2. When I hadnt received it, I asked for my receipt and the 2 promised a gentleman staff politely said yea of course as agreed earlier but this lady interrupted and spoke to me in a condescending tone and very unfriendly facial expression. What should have been a nice experience for my me and my sons ended in a horrible and uncomfortable feeling. I wouldnt go back again thats not what anyone should experience when spending their money. All over 5 refund request -my recipient is evidence

Had lunch there the other day with my husband, we were very impressed with the service. The food and coffee was served hot..... Not luke warm like some other places we've been to. We will definitely be having lunch in there again next time we go to Lakeside
