        Photos on the website were misleading and information incomplete which led to the wrong panelling being delivered. Delivery was on time.

        Very impressed. Ordered mdf wall panelling in various sizes. Excellent quality and delivery experience was second to none. Would highly recommend.

        2 x phenolic boards and paint 2-5 days delivery. Due to no contact apart from thanks for you order and money, non delivery on the 5th day, a couple of failed phone calls and oh yeah, an invite to review a service that apparently hadnt even left the yard, it was down to 1 star, (alarm bells were starting to ring)The only things that have earned 4 stars and rescued a poor review was a very helpfull service advisor called Molly and pleasant and polite delivery driver. Builders marketplace take note these two deserve a pay rise. Would I use again?? Possibly yes but keeping a closer eye on the progress of the order.
