        Just went in and tried to get a refund, honestly spoke to the apparent monkey.sorry manager abbey who either did not have good night with her partner and her assistant as everytime i tried to speak she would cut me off and not allow me the customer to speak. Instead they call security and ask me to leave. They do not have a clue about the law and instead refer to there terms. Bad customer skills honestly you wana get laid as its effecting your hearing customer service skills as a manager.....

        Love it here staff lovely and willing to please, brought some make up at Chanel and was given loads of freebies. Staff welcoming and happy it was a nice experience.

        I went to H beauty on saturday and was served by Nita and Carole and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. They were so attentive and spent ages showing me new ranges and didn't rush me at all. Felt like I'd known them ages and I will definately be going back for more advice and products! By far the best experience I've had in a shop in a very long time. Thank you both x
