        The service and treatment was great my only issue was that we had to remind what we had booked which caused quite a delay as treatment had already started Would still use again just will remember to confirm which treatment on arrival Ladies were fab and very professional Service: Pedicure

        I used adorn beauty for nearly 7 years. When Poonam was there myself and 7 other family members were very very happy, however since Poonam has left IV had waxing by 2 other staff members and I'm so gutted! Both ladies hurt so much! They pull so slow and get the wax everywhere, I had wax done 2 weeks ago, then I came home and I still had so many hairs that she missed. Yes the staff was kind etc but not good like poonam. My package has ended and I'm sorry to say I won't waste money on adorn beauty any more. All 7 other ladies have said the exact same thing and they havent used adorn beauty in 2 months because Poonam is no longer there. Such a shame, your best wax technician has left as well as your customers. I won't be going back! Service: Waxing
