i have known and been seeing emma at heat clinic for over 10 years now emma is the most professional i know and always gives the best advise , i go to emma and ask her what i need not say what i want because i totally trust her opinion due to her knowledge and honesty , Emma would never let you have something you dont need. Emma is our face queen :)

I have used Emma for my fillers now for a number of years, she always gives good advice and uses the best products on the market. She always makes me feel relaxed even though I fear needles. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been using Emma for a while to do my botox, she is so wonderfully caring and passionate about her job. I had a really bad experience with lip filler a few years back and swore I would never get them done again but after building up a relationship with Emma I thought I would give it another shot with a qualified nurse who knows what she is doing, and my god it was a totally different experience. Emma could tell I was nervous and put me at ease during the appointment, she is honestly a magician when it comes to needle work. Emma was so gentle that it didn't hurt half as much as I was anticipating and no bruising either!! Thanks so much Emma, you're the best! PS my lips look fab!
