        Worst NatWest bar none! I would give it zero stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum. Customer service is atrocious! They want everything done online so we dont darken their doorstop, make it very difficult to pay a bill over the counter. Not all customers have access to the internet you know, elderly people etc. and now theyre not even open on Saturdays! Because theyve extended their weekdays by a whole extra hour! Wooooo. What about people that work all week? Absolute clowns

        Victim of Rasical discrimination from Paul Thompson. Unprofessional "management" who speaks to customers in a unprofessional manner and more like she's out arguing with someone in a nightclub. Manager name Katie or kayleigh. Laughable and has been taken further. Would give zero if I could
