Bad service, I opened a new account two weeks ago and received everything, and today I went to tgem to help me open an online bank on my phone, she told me that your account is closed and you have no right to open it again in Lloyds bank and I do not know why!!!!!!!!!

Poor bank , Immediate cash deposit machine counted my money incorrect, I had to cancel transaction. Machine also retained my card , had to take staff assistance, Staff who helped me did not have name badge and she was saying machine can not be wrong but when she counted money it was actually 820 not 800.

Unfailingly polite and helpful staff in Grays branch. Not their fault their employers-Lloyds-give poor interest rates

I believe one star is too much for them Ive just been in there to pay my MBNA card of 460 Im in between banks at the moment so dont have a bank account she said I have to bank with them but Ive already spoken to MBNA on the phone and that is not true the cashiers name was Nadia came across very rude and a bit abusive no customer skills whatsoever I think she needs more training Ive since checked up with MBNA again and they said it is correct what I have done Im looking to open up a new bank account but certainly wont be with Lloyds and other Lloyds banks very helpful especially the one in Baseldon and Chattem this branch is just terrible
