        The agent name Karen, was missing 8 min, and she didnt want to serve me, saying that she need to worry to close the branch. Well when you have the door open you still need to serve the customer and dont need to be rude! This happen in Lakeside Shopping centre! Take more care how you treat the customer if you not able to attend then do another job or take some holidays but dont talk like this with someone!

        Not a bad HSBC Branch. The ladies that helped me with Banking on my phone were polite and couldn't do enough for me. This location however, is very basic, offers limited HSBC services and is without a physical counter - however this does not affect me
