        After some confusion about which bikes could be offered on a bike exchange I was offered a great promotion which saw me buy my son a new bike that he is is VERY happy with. Big thank you to Hugh and Michael. I will be back soon as I need a new bike myself.

        Love my local Halfords, really good competitive prices, BUT MORE THAN THAT, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Andy is truly just fantastic and went above and beyond to help. The car was only booked in for a Stereo refit. On the way there I had a completely separate issue with the car. ANDY helped to resolve it there and then, while the Stereo was changed by their expert fitter. Honestly I recommend halfords Lakeside to anyone. So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
