        What a breath of fresh air! Customer service par excellence. I ordered a pair of Meindl gore-tex mountain boots on Ebay and then realised that the supplier was fairly local. A quick phone call later and I visited the shop - an Alladins Cave of camo and hi-viz. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful and only too willing to assist. Lucky I tried the boots on first as I needed a half size bigger. No problem. There were none in the shop to take home with me, but a pair was posted out the very same afternoon and they arrved less than 12 hours later! The boots, although previously warn, are in excellent condition with tons of tread. Can't wait to try them out at work.
