I used to walk down the lane to the Thames here as a primary school child. When I saw it was used in the funeral scene in Four Weddings... it was presented lovely and highlighted its beauty that had been long neglected and left. The road and infrastructure around the front is welcome for access I guess, it was on a dirt lane. The factory has been there for a long time and is companion to the landscape and site use. It's nice to know it will be there for many future generations should they wish to visit, as we used to as children making up stories about the giants who were laid to rest at the back of the overgrown church yard. A rare find in this part of Essex really.

Terrible. Cant get an appointment booked for my new born because theyre constantly always busy or have no doctors or doctors are calling in sick or simply about to go on a break. Even when 111 tries to book in emergency appointments they would always have an excuse to book. Ive had them also book in an appointment and cancel twice with no notice. Only find out its been cancelled when I chase them up. Absolutely terrible. For adults its even worse their best advice is always to just go A&E. The one time I actually managed to get an appointment thanks to my helpful and persistent health visitor (whom they also tried mess around) they simply did nothing and made no attempts to carry out any tests that the health visitor recommended. And after being told by the hospital to book in follow up appointment with the GP after a month Ive still been unable to book one in. Horrified by the experience. Find another GP! Neighbours whove registered with them also had similar experiences of being messed about and unable to get an appointment booked for them or their new borns
