        Excellent hosts Cathy and Kevin could not do enough for us .lovely clean house , not only a bedroom but also seperate tv lounge and a lovely bathroom. My husband is gluten free even home made biscuits that Cathy had made and also gluten free breakfast not a problem. This was our first visit but we have rebooked again. Everything is 10 out of 10

        If you visit Lincoln, do not bother booking into a boring soulless big name hotel, stay in this fabulous guest house run by a very charming couple, Cathy and Kevin. The accommodation is superb, comfy bedroom, large bathroom and a sweet little lounge so you have somewhere to sit other than on the bed. You also have your own front door access and key so you can come and go as you please. Breakfast is up until 8.30 and Cathy knows how to properly cook bacon x Set in a very quiet village it is only a 25 minute drive to Lincoln and 10 minutes to the Hemswell Cliffe Antiques Center. The next time my wife and I visit Lincoln we will be very disappointed if we cannot stay here again.
