TERRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY FLOOR FITTER. NOT GOOD QUALITY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid a premium price for floor levelling and engineered parquet to be fitted throughout our downstairs, including: 2 living rooms, a new kitchen extension, WC and downstairs hallways. Feedback below: - Job was left unfinished - Blaze promised to come back and finish on two occasions and then never showed up, and ignored all phone calls / messages - Poor quality finish (example photos below), including: border is uneven, border is not straight, large gaps between blocks which he attempted to fill badly with wood filler - The stair nosing which he fitted broke within 24 hours - Didnt clean up after himself - adhesive and filler left smeared all over floors We are very disappointed that we trusted this guy. We spent a lot of our money on our renovation project, and he has ruined the final look. Happy to provide further photos if needed.
