Got carpets done around 8 years ago in my 5 bed room house and service was great. This included one of their most luxury carpets for my large lounge. They came back and dealt with a couple of issues that popped up later. Went to get some flooring for an 8 bed house I am renovating (they didn't know that) and they were not bothered. One was helping for a couple of minutes then went into their office. When I asked for help again, one of the guys seemed to question the other sarcastically as if I was a waste of time. You've lost a good bit of business here mate.
