This is a very convenient and good store EXCEPT for one middle aged lady wearing a bandana who works there. Today was the 8th time she snapped at us and has been generally rude and condescending every time we have had the misfortune of coming across her. For a national chain such as Iceland, I cannot understand how management thinks it is fine for people with such foul and uncultured personalities to deal with paying customers. We spend a considerable amount here each week. Well, not anymore. Not while that lady still works there. Luckily the store has a glass faade.
